Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed for shipment typically within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your receipt of the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Health & Wellness SG or its management units are not accountable and shall not be liable for delays caused by high volume of orders, postal service problems, force majure, and/or other factors outside of our control. Please refer to our statement at the bottom of this page, under the paragraph titled "Refunds, Returns and Exchanges” for more details.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. The estimated delivery time varies depending on the product. As a matter of principle, our store sets a shipping time (excluding order processing) ceiling of 30 business days.

Look out for short-term shipping deals or offers in the announcement bar at the top of our of web page.

Local delivery (For the Republic of Singapore Only)

Free local delivery is available for orders US$200 and above within the mainland of the Republic of Singapore except to addresses within restricted zones as sanctioned by the local authorities. For orders under US$200 to a single address, we charge no more than of US$5.99 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 7pm to 10pm on Weekdays and 2pm to 6pm on Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you or via the email address provided at checkout to notify you of the estimated day of arrival (delivery) of the product(s) that you’ve ordered. 

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is not available at this time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to limited countries and territories. Please refer to the product description page for detailed shipping information. Alternatively you may send us an email to info@healthwellsg.com if such information is not available on the product description page or otherwise, so that we can give you confirmation that shipment of the product(s) that you wish to order is/are available to your desired country, territory or address of delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Health & Wellness SG or its management units are not and shall not be responsible for the imposing of charges by your local authorities if they are applied and it shall therefore be the responsibility of the purchasing or the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@healthwellsg.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 business days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number with clear photographic proof of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
